One of the most successful controversial reality shows on Indian television is Bigg Boss, which is hosted by Salman Khan. Currently the third season of the OTT version of the show is streaming online, leaving the viewers on the edge of their seat. Having been premiere for around three weeks now, the contestants are trying to find their place in the house. The one contestant who has garnered all the attention, however, ever since his entry in the show is YouTube Armaan Malik, who is reportedly the richest person in the reality show as he has a staggering net worth of Rs 200 crore.

Yes, you read that right! Armaan, who often made the headlines for having two wives, despite being a Hindu, is the richest contestant in the Bigg Boss OTT 3. A recent report by Free Press Journal states that he had once opened up about his net worth during an interview. He revealed that how he had amassed a whopping net worth of Rs 200 cror within the span of 2.5 years. Shedding light on the same he shared that majority of his income comes from YouTube channel, Malik Vlogs which feature him, his wives Payal and Kritika as well as their children. Malik added that he owns about 10 flats in Chandigarh and an animal farm, which is spread across 45,000 sq ft. He has employed six workers and five veterinarians to look after the animals in his farm. The farm is reportedly run by his earning from his YouTube channel. A drop out from class 8, Armaan own a fleet of luxury cars at his residence. He had also revealed that his eldest son Chiku (9) goes to his school in an Audi. For those who don’t know, Armaan’s real name is Sandip Jangda. It was speculated earlier that he belonged to the Muslim community, however, Payal dismissed the claims and revealed that he belonged to the Jatt community. 


Armaan’s polygamous marriage with Payal and Kritika was criticised by the netizens after they opened up about it during the premiere night of Bigg Boss OTT 3. He fell in love with Payal and tied the knot with her in 2011, just seven days after a divorce with his first wife Suchitra, they were apparently married when they were kids, and welcomed their son Chirayu Malik. After being happily married for eight years, he married Kritika, Payal’s best friend in 2018. While Kritika recently welcomed her and Armaan’s first kid, Zaid, Payal welcomed twins Ayan and Tuba shortly after.

The current season of Bigg Boss OTT 3 has contestants like Ranvir Shorey, Chandrika Gera Dixit (also known as Delhi’s Vada Pav Girl), Armaan Malik, Kritika Malik, Deepak Chaurasia, Lovekesh Kataria (Luv Kataria), Sai Ketan Rao, Sana Makbul, Shivani Kumari, Sana Sultan, Vishal Pandey, and rapper Naezy. In the last two weeks Neeraj Goyat, Payal Malik, Poulomi Polo Das, and Munisha Khatwani were evicted from the show. Hosted by Anil Kapoor, the controversial reality show streams on Jio Cinema.
